Very large � clean - house with new bathroom, kitchen, CH, rewired & loft insulation. DG with patio door, open fire, but will need decorating. Very large garden & patio but will need seeing to. This would make a lovely larger family home with huge potential. Surrounded by protected woodlands.

This is genuine move & very reluctant to go as I am very fortunate here, so will only be looking for something similar & my needs as I have been poorly & not able to do so much now.
